Time Trial & Club Runs
Our training runs cater for all types of runners, fast or slow, allowing each runner to choose their own distance. The training runs provide a perfect opportunity to keep you training consistently to achieve your running goals.
Tuesday & Thursday Training Runs
Tuesday is Time Trial day. The Thursday sessions incorporate hill training and speed work.
It’s a Saturday Thing (Club Run)
Distances for Saturday Club Runs range from 5km to 12km. If you’re keen to do an additional 5km, why not join us at the Laudium Parkrun afterwards.
Sunday Club Run
The Sunday Club Run ranges from 10km to 20km starting at a different venue each week.
